a time to teach
while I was teaching gavin my grandson to play ef/mf and showing the different ways to enjoy the hobby It came to me unless we (each one of us ) pass this hobby along it COULD die out....
This just a suggestion...lets take the next year and devote ourselves to bringing at least one younger person into the fold..while its nice to bring our children in to the hobby lets see if we can reach out to the younger generation that are not necessarily our kids or grand kids or relation... if we could just bring one new younger person a year into the game over the next 5 years we could ensure a strong future of the hobby...while still reaching out to our kids and others as we strive to pass this hobby that we love so much on just a thought...any others???

We are the 1st and 2nd generation of players. the game we play only came out like 40yrs ago. if we dont pass this on, its gone. ok, gotta go. got that little guy up in there in the picture to school. Miniature Football 101 for the 1 yr. old. class starts now!

Next Generation of EF
Guys,
I too was thinking the same thing! I would like to challenge each League to start a Youth League with Electric Football. I know some leagues play 2 & 3 seasons in one calendar year. How about using one of those seasons and give back to the youth to preserve our beloved hobby? Smitty |
