I used to think that the "Gloss" look was the only way to go. A nice shiny paint job!! A shiny paint job still does look sharp but after experimenting now with the "Flat" look...I absolutely love it and prefer it over the glossy look.

To me...The "Flat" look simply adds a more "realistic" look. After using flat paint and a flat clear coat on my Panthers....I loved the look so much I went back and re-applied a "Flat" clear coat to my 1st 2 teams (originally done with a "gloss" clear coat).

It worked. Both of my "glossy" teams are now "flat"! So now....all of my teams have the "Flat" look.

Maybe I'm weird...but for me...."Flat" is the way to go on these figs!!!!
