strong side run; weak side options
from this formation, the Raiders on offense has a couple options on this play because of the defensive formation.
They have the 34-Dive setup and quick pitch to the outside weak. Or play action pass where the weakside RB will be open on the flair before the DB can get there...

Where's the right defensive end. The Dfense is just sreaming for the offensive to throw it out in the left flat. OUCH!

that is where this play ended up.... toss to the weakside RB for a good gain!
