I don't know if you guys can open the file or not but the closest color I have come up with is the University of Kentucky. Anybody have any suggestions?

Kentucky looks kinda like it but I'd have to say the Duke Blue Devils jersey is even close. But then again im no expert.

Dukes uniforms are right on. Thats the blue I am looking for. Now, I just have to fing it.
