i was inspired by seeing chris robinson and don smith's (aka oldschool) running back figures that were made from the blocker pose. it is such a dynamic pose for such a simple little figure. cut those arms off and it makes a great hard running back, lineman, linebacker, whatever! a little inspiration goes a long way, don't you say there, biglock?

Default Sometimes it's just a matter of timing

'Lil Bro,

Sometimes its just a matter of timing, a hunch if you will. The funny thing about this was that one of my league mates, Don Hudson, asked me why was I continuing to have the Texas Shootout. In his estimation and many of the other coaches, the Texas Shootout had already did what it was designed to do; bring attention to creating a strong league of 32 coaches in the DFW. That was a success.

So, I thought about it a few days ago and said, you know, "Don's right!" Let's take this show on the road and bring attention to other leagues across the country. This league (CBSMF), I hope, will aid in bringing attention to other cities that may have miniature football and looking to recruit more people.

When we pull this off and go into the various cities and host national championship weekends, we definitely will be able to get some media out to do stories on the game and the local leagues. That's the purpose of having stadiums and the pagentry that will be brought to various cities.

So I am just a vehicle to make something good happen for everyone. Nothing more, nothing less.

Reg
