Post BAM We have Made New Brunswick NJ History.....

As it was done in the public schools, we will have the chance to be the 1st Electric Football League/Association to use the Public library for an EF function......ever! The MFCA flier and some pics of EF action spoke a thousand words. The date and time will be revealed by the Commish in a future post. Just wanted to share with our EF family. This is a major step for EF in NJ. flg$

Looking for ideas on how to get the information to our local newspaper, any suggestions on how to submit a press release?

Default Press Release

I got your post earlier. Just been very busy today. Karim, most of the things that I do here, I can easily use when sending to newspapers and other media outlets. That's why I try to present them in a manner that it would not take much change in wording.

Attached is a copy of a simple Press Release I sent to the local newspapers and television stations. When I send these out, I usually get some response from one of the media outlets.

One thing I must warn anyone who does this is to show the game in a fast-paced manner. Down time is considered dead time which translate into TV channels being changed to other things. You guys play in an exciting style of play and once yall really become efficient at it, you will have many opportunities.

One thing you (as a league) may want to strongly consider in the future is building yourself or purchasing a Super Bowl stadium. This will lend great credibility to what you are doing and an instant recruiting bonanza. That's why the DFW is what it is TODAY!
