Default Diamond DDB Bases, Long Term Review

How has everyone done with these? Are you finding them better at speed or strength or a combination of both?

I find I am getting good speed fairly easy, as are most of you probably, but the strength takes me considerable more work. I finally got one last night that can almost go head to head with my strongest base. It earned itself a spot on my Clemson defensive line.

I like them, thanks George.

Default Some on the BAM Packers.

And performed quite will on the opening weekend.

And I agree and mentioned here before - am getting both speed and strength - but seems as you said the strength takes some time.

Thanks for another great addition Mr. Diamond!!!

Default Thank you guys, ............

Thank you guys for the positive feedback, ............I think with any new product there will be a learning curve. My experience with the DDB's is new for me too.

I agree, that tweaking for speed is akin to tweaking other bases for speed, like the BuzzBall Speed Diamond bases, and can be done with relative ease.................

..........but tweaking for strength is not like tweaking a typical ttc for strength, I have found that cutting, then warm tweaking pliers ( do not smash the front prongs), in that order have given me the best results............as I wrote in a previous post about them.
