Default The Mpfl System And Tonights Oklahoma And Texas Tech Game

coaches,

If you wan't to see some creative receiver route's, watch tonight's game.
Wth the criss cross, up and outs, comebacks tech run's That can be done via stoppages. I just watched a clip on espn where a reciever took off down field for about 20 yards then stopped on a dime and came back about 6 six yards out to the sideline. It WAS UP, STOP, BACKDOWN AND OUT. The db was lost in the sauce. he kept flying up field. so, the receiver basically fooled him and shook him out of his pants.

You can do this in the MPFL, have the receiver fly down field then stop the board. you can situate the sticks where that wr can COME BACK AND CATCH THE BALL ON THE SIDELINE FOR THE PICK UP. This was all i was trying to convey here on the chat board about this system. it is humanly and physically IMPOSSIBLE to achieve that pass pattern unless you stop the board. These type of routes is what appeals to me. YOU ARE ACTUALLY THE RECEIVER VIA THESE FIGURES on these routes. You can get creative in route planning via coverage reads.

What i like is if the offensive coach say's receivers to the defensive coach. The defensive coach MUST TURN HIS DB'S to run with the receiver and not block him on the line of scrim. As you are watching your receivers run down field, your mouth waters looking for an open area's in the coverage.

Bottom line is it is more comfortable (I WON'T USE THE WORD REALISTIC), MORE COMFORTABLE FOR MYSELF, TO PLAY IN A LEAGUE THAT OFFERS THIS TYPE OF PACKAGE.

I AM CURIOUS, HOW MANY OTHER LEAGUES LET THERE RECEIVER'S GO AT THE LINE OF SCRIM ?
