Scheduling
Many of us can't join you at the time that you specified for multiple reasons. Looking at my schedule, Thanksgiving was not a good time. Furthermore, some people in the hobby may not have a headset and a microphone.

I was out of town also. Wasn't on the computer till just now. Let's try a specific kind of meeting and time and do this again next week.
