Black paint thick paint brush bristles. Cut bristles, put Modge Podge around neck area, just under the helmet, then pick up the bristles one at a time with a tweezers, and place into the modge podge. Let the modge podge settle(harden) a bit first. Otherwise your bristles will fall down flat. You may have to use the end of the tweezers and push up the ends of the bristles as it hardens even more. This will give it a look as if the player is running with it's hair flying in the wind.

MR. Guttman
It has been brought to my attention through postings on the MFCA chatboard that your work is straight off the chain. My peoples will call your peoples to set up a meeting one day in the near future. I believe our 2 sides can agree on a deal that would benefit both of us. Thank you, and we will be in touch. Scott Hooper EF Enterprises
