Default Swivel figures

I have seen them before, my question is...
How do you make them?
Thanks,
Taylor

Default Taylor, did you not see it...

in the receivers DVD?

I show an adjustable TO being able to catch the ball and having the ability to pivot around. For me, this is strategical in nature but it looks good.

Default I don't really understand the question

Are you asking if the whole figure rotates around on the base itself, or pivots around at the midsection? Coleco figures back in the 1970s pivoted at the midsection. I've since seen other custom figures that can be made to do that, as well as some that turn around completely at the base. While I've never ventured to do anything like that, I'm pretty sure either method can be done fairly easily. Reggie is a great source of this kind of information.
