Default What should I do?

What should I do with my team's finish?
Should I coat them...
All gloss?
All flat?
All gloss, jerseys flat?
All flat, Helmet gloss?
Any suggestions with a '75 viking team?
Thanks
Taylor

I would gloss them all the same, but just my opinion, I have never tried one gloss coat on jersey or flat, and the other on the helmet.

Do a search for clear coat or gloss. There are a number of threads that have discussed this but I think most people do a combination of flat for the uniform and gloss for the helmet. It really comes down to personal choice. Some guys like them shiney all over. I prefer the flat and the gloss combo. Flat is easier to photograph but gloss may provide better protection...maybe.

here are a few pics, The "Mike" (MLB, Jeff Seiman figure" is glossed on the helmet, flat on the rest. The Dominator (RB, Chuck Foreman) is all glossed, and the rest (other than Ed Marinaro on the sidelines) are all flat (now coat applied... yet)
What do you think? (Most of these figures are still in need of touch up and platform painting. And sorry 'bout the lighting.

I like a flat gloss on the entire figure except the helmet, hit that baby with some high gloss shine.

All gloss on the entire figure sure looks nice, they really do, but I like the shiny helmet, it makes them pop better visually to me.

for the '75 Vikings , flat everything except for the helmet. Make the helmet shine as much as possible !

okay, I guess my plan will be to spray the team first with Krylon Matte Finish, then I will apply Testors gloss 1397 brush on to the helmets.
How does that sound?
