Default WHAT BURGESS AND I CHATTED ABOUT FOR AN HOUR LAST NIGHT

MPFL COACHES AND ENTHUSIAST.

To put it plain and simple, HE IS TIRED AND FRUSTRATED !

He does not understand coaches neglect to pratice and know the NFL RULES. As he put it, reading and learning the nfl and watching the mpfl dvd is like studying for a test. YOUR ACTUAL GAME WILL BE THE TEST. yOU WILL PASS OR FAIL BY HOW YOU PLAY YOUR GAME. HERE IS THE KICKER, " he has been reluctant to answer many question because, HE DOES NOT WAN'T TO GIVE YOU THE ANSWER". He want's you to learn and succeed on your own merit. He feels, if he gives you the answers, then what have you learned about football and the system. THAT IS WHERE THE ( READ THE NFL RULES) REPLIES WERE GIVEN. he wan't all coaches to pratice and pick it up own there own.

he also stated to set up your board by your tv and practice what you have just watched on the dvd. He also stressed coaches should practice and master one section at a time. Then put it all together. Ant said it was not his intention to come off mean and irritated, he was just frustrated coaches won't practice.

suggestions

Ant said he has thought out this system to the letter. It took seven years of experimenting the different aspects of theis system. There is not one thing he has not thought of or left out. He stated this system is the complete package he wanted to present to the world. So any suggestions that were not solicited are a insult to what he has created in his football imagination. A good point he made was, "IF I CAME TO YOUR HOUSE, WOULD YOU LIKE IF SUGGESTED TO YOU HOW TO REARRANGE YOUR FURNITURE" . That is a excellent analogy for ant and anyone else in this hobby who has created something. NOW I SEE WHY I/YOU SHOULD NEVER ASK SOMETHING TO MCHANGE SOMETHING THEY MADE JUST FOR YOU. THIS GOES FOR ALL STYLES .

FOR ME, all of this dice vs sticks vs stops vs whatever COMES TO A CLOSE RIGHT NOW. i hope everyone else feels the same way. I guess you can't appreciate another mans work until you try to get off your ********** and do something yourself.

Basically, we had a god conversation about alot of things. I can see where guy';s like ant gets frustrated, wolf gets frustrated, reg gets frustrated when your the one on the front line with something to offer to the public.

I hope this post clears up some things. I told ant i was going to put this out there so it is not a suprise. He looks at himself as a teacher who gave you all the material to study for a test. In his words, " i can't drive to your house and study for you (PRACTICE) " . I now see he want's coaches to learn about and play/coach football. not just play it. he looks at the dvd as a learning tool and not just a ruleset. he is big on reading the NFL rulebook. If they do it in the nfl, you can do it in the MPFL, but he want's you to mfigure it out. An example is, if you cut off a wr during his route it's pass interference in the nfl. Then you should know your responsible for practicing and training your db's to run as straight as possible so they do not cut off the wr or he will throw the flag. This is how he want's all to operate playing the MPFL WAY.

EXCELLENT CONVERSATION LAST NIGHT. COOLER HEADS HAVE PREVAILED!!!

thanx

Thumbs up Very nice post

Explained well, and to the point. No more needs to be said, and those of us who choose to utilize this system will just need to spend time with it, which im sure will clarify any questions we may have. Now lets play some EF
