National Appeal: How do you recruit coaches to play in your league?

The efforts of recruiting is very interesting. Great leagues with a great number of people in the area tend to be larger leagues but other areas, not as populated may find it more difficult to recruit.

What type of incentives or strategies do you use to recruit nationally (not just the surrounding area)?
