Bears vs Steelers scrimmage
To all,
Several of the posts lately inspired me to add this one- being motivated by all of the recent posts my son and I held a scrimmage utilizing some of the snow Reginald mentioned in his recent post. Keep in mind, my son is 9years old and created some of his own poses. It was a good evening of fun EFL action. A few key things- my son and I played some of our "Fantasy players"- you will see his "Teddy Bear" playing for the Bears "Brownie" #1 and for the Steelers special teams you will see "Fox" the samurai on the missed PAT picture. The pictures I am attaching are one of the LOS, this gives a good view of both teams. One pic of Devin Hester (created by Reginald) scoring a TD, and one pic of a missed PAT attempt by the Steelers. The game was held at "Zombie Field", North Woods River Rats EFL. Nothing professional here, just a fun father son EFL match up- at the buzzer it was Steelers 20- Bears 12. Enjoy. A couple of questions to go with this post...when you view the LOS pic, do most leagues allow "bump and run" coverage against the wide outs? Also, in many of the pics/posts on this forum I do not see the "(felt) football" during game play. Why is this? I searched the forum and read how it impacts the runner but isn't that part of the game? Creating a good running pose who knows how to "handle" the rock?? I ask this question because in our league we do not use dice, a fumble occurs when the ball carrier "drops" the ball (this does happen sometimes- and when it does it can be a game turner). I guess that is enough for now. Thanks in advance for any thoughts / feedback. |
