One of our own doing good!
Back in the day (2000-2003) there was the old Great Plains EFL. One of our young coaches named Damon Bechtold played with the Packers back then. Look at him now as a Sophmore Nebraska TE in College.
He was a good passer as a kid like most are. I'm just proud to see him get to this level!

My second favorite college....
team behind Tennessee so it's great to see a Tight End at NU! I just hope they throw the D A M N ball to him! The Huskers have always had TEs as window dressing and never have featured him. I thought when OU featured Keith Jackson in the 80's, NU would take notice.
The Big Red has been down on its luck since the 'Doctor left and Bob Devaney and somehow, we need to get back to our winning ways. I can say "we" because I do contribute to the program financially so I am just not a bandwagoner. It's my alter ego team from "The Big Orange". SC is my third favorite but not on the level of NU and certainly not Tennessee. I wish this young stud of a TE great things. I just hope they have not promised him the world like Holtz promised Franny-j-boy and never delivered! Yeah, great ND education and certainly, this kid will get a great NU education but I hope he gets balls thrown his way so he can shine. Now, I've got to look at my NU roster. Reg
