Default The SWC kicks off it's season in ...

April of 2009!

Week 1 match up pits Coach Barry Stephenson and his famed Oklahoma Sooners featuring Adrian Peterson, Barry Sims, and the Selmon brothers against Coach Reginald Rutledge's #3-ranked Tennessee Volunteers.

The VOLS come in with a star-studded squad featuring the likes of Reggie White, Hacksaw Reynolds, Peyton Manning, Willie Gault, and Jamal Lewis.

Rutledge and Stephenson rivalry has taken on new meaning as it will now flow over into the college ranks.

The SWC will include coaches who live in 6 Texas cities from Dallas, Arlington, Waco, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Four games on a weekend is how games will be played as sites will be rotated from city-to-city.

Time is fast approaching as each team will be gearing up for the CBSMF Championship in Canton, Ohio.

Default Football Overload

When I wrote this, it must have been at 3:00 in the morning because I could not remember Billy Sims name for nothing and Barry Switzer's name either.

I think I am starting to get "Milk-of-magnesia" or "All's timers" disease. I may have just gotten football overload or burnout and thinking was the last thing on my mind.

However, my thoughts will be planted solely on those Sooners in April!
