Default Pre-planning for Canton...BBQ's

I'm getting in the early stages of planning for Canton. Just curious, how many are going to bring BBQ grills? I had an idea.... Everyone is going to get hungry at some point during the weekend. Instead of going out and spending $$ at the usual lunch spots, how would guys feel about having a MFCA lunch? For $5 you'd get a nice sized hamburger, potato salad, baked beans or corn on the cob and a soda. Or, for the same $5 a large footlong bratz with the potato salad, beans or corn and a soda. I'm also thinking of having large ice chests filled with sodas for $1. This will make a few extra dollars for the MFCA as well as being convenient for those in attendance.

What's your thoughts???

Default Hey Al,

I'm for whatever you guys decide on, however I will say for those coaches that arrive somewhat early, on Friday they might want to try and head over to the fairgrounds for lunch or just a bite to eat. The B-B-Q vendors nationwide are in town for all the festivities and its some GOOOOOOOD eat'n, just ask Wolf or Silverhorse. The fairgrounds is basically 1.11 miles away from the Boy's Club, ie. the J. Babe Stearn Center so it could actually be walked, and you'll probably need to walk off all the food you'll eat. Again just a thought.
