Question Board question: Adding 2 Motors must they be the same?

How good are motors from old Tudor #620 for a fiber board? What is a good a good shelac to coat the surface of the board?

Default My suggestions

You need a master motor and the second motor is more of a supporter for the dead spots at the end of the field. Having both motors banging creates a wave effect that catapult the men at a the intersection. It will always be there but you want to balance them so that the wave does not intersect violently. Once you get into it you'll understand.

Default Motors

We use Gothem motors one centered in the back of each endzone,
easy to install and they work real well.Using different motors can cause trouble but a Miggle/Tudor and a Gotham seem to work well together.
Transformer run motors are not my favorite...they rumble, have dead spots and hard to adjust.
