Default Great Discovery and Great Results

In a few weeks, I will begin to play "The NFL Greatest Teams Solitaire League" which will pit the greatest teams in NFL history in an atmosphere that is too my liking.

Miniature people, hotdog stands, camera people, 32 teams with custom and stock FF.Net poses, frankenstein and regular bases, various gameboards, great stadium scenes and the pagentry that goes with it, sideline fans, crowd noises, and a myriad of other things!

But one of the greatest discoveries for me will not be something I brought to light. It will be something that my friend, John DiCarlo (LaRue) recently re-posted. This is the "mini-camera"! I have had the chance to play around with it and with what I can do with narration and the effects of realistic stadiums and the whole nine yards, this is gonna be amazing!

I have been working on this throughout the night! This is one of those situations where someone put something out there that really was innovative and it peaked my interest so that I have had trouble sleeping! I had been trying to do this for years but did not want to spend the high price of an entire system.

But now, this innovation brings the game up close and personal for me. Everyone is not interested in this and that's okay. That's probably one of the reasons I have chose to play alone at this point. I have sacrificed a few things to get to this point and I think, this is the climatic point!

It's been 16 years coming and just by someone else (LaRue) bringing something innovative to the world of MF, it gives me that breakthrough piece that I have needed.

Reginald, you have grown after 16 years. Congratulations. After 16 years you have finally given credit to someone else for doing something. Innovation is improving on someone else's idea, adding to what is already there, like the Monday Night Stadium that Steve built complete with cameras scoreboard, and fans. Somehow, someway, everyone received credit for that invention due to everyone else's "innovation". The hobby can surely move forward when someone like yourself steps out there to give others credit for their work. Kudos to you!

Continue the sweet innovations.

don't forget the hits (helmets shocks, punchs, etc...). WHen you see a tv show (in france last year we had the chance to see a tv show called nfl gameday), one of the most spectacular thing is the noise of the athletes contacts, IMHO

perhaps it 's a little technically difficult to introduce, I don't know since I'm not a video specialist. But it should be very cool !

Default Camera

Reginald,

How's the focus on that camera...I am guessing as it doesn't have auto focus it cannot keep up with the movement or maybe it does?

If I remember correctly from my photography days, I think the term I'm asking about is "depth of field"...

Just kinda curious as i think you would know what I'm asking...

Thx,

Joe Ram
