Do you know how to play your corners so that they don't get beat at a high rate, in other words do they like to be straight up, inside leverage, etc. Can your O-line work in unison for wedge blocking and do they have versatility to create holes in any location along the line? Do you got speed rush from the outside, can your looper become a presence?

I'm certainly not a battle tested coach per say, but I would answer your questions with these questions.

And there lies the problem with every Miggle base I have ever tweaked or had tweaked by others for strength.. The strength always goes away. Not sure if it's just my methods or not..

And I'm sure this is going to sound like another sales pitch. .but so be it..
Last April I tweaked some F5's that were AS strong or stronger as the Miggle TTC Shell combo'd with a proline strong dial that I used at last years NHFL playoffs..

None of that has been touched in almost a year.. till this week..
My linemen from the NHFL playoffs haven't been run since the playoffs.. and now they are getting crushed..

I do think a sled would be the best barometer of strength..
Just haven't messed with that as of yet..
