need ideals on rebuilding
I'm rebuilding my team for the upcoming BAM 2009 season but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what would be a good base for a SS and FS also the FB position and the DE positions, any suggestions would be cool

Dre for the SS, FS and FB I like using the proline strong flat fronts. You can get speed and strength from them.

Dre,
You might want to consider TTC's for the safeties. We are not going to allow any players to be laid down on the board like we did this past season. Wally |

Here's my perspective
For safeties, I would use simply TTCs with speed! In this style of ply, the key is to make sure you have safeties that can run and corners who are physical.
If you've got that and a few other things, you can definitely create a championship-type defense. Reg |

I'd say a strong Proline rookie base with a round front!

KC...What's happening
You've gotten some really good ideas!
BHealy won the championship last season so obviously his methods work. Reg has also won 3 championships in the DFW and has played in 6 and is the creator of this rule set so his methods definetely work. What I would say, especially considering you can't lye down figures is to use Wide top TTC's. I currently use the dials out of a wide top TTC's coupled with a tweaked orange base from miggle and I have the fastest safeties in the league. They make big plays. You want a safety who can close on a fast wideout but can also stay in his zone in pass coverage. This style of base is the best way to get that combination. As for your DE's I would use round front prolines as well. A lot of this really depends on your opponent. I play my opponent. I never go into the game with the same schemes as the previous games. I have strong, fast and lateral moving defensive ends and tackles. So depending on what the other guys strengths are, I'm countering with the right type of front line. Remember, in this style of play you have to be creative, diverse and unpredicatable! Good luck KC, can't wait to see you guys next season!
