Default Oscar Reed

Now, I know I am nowhere as good at using Apoxy Sculpt as Frank Jacobs or as good at painting and customizing as Michigan Joe, Reg. Rutledge, Chachi, ect., but here is Oscar Reed:
And does anyone know how I can fix the left leg stripe as I cut it off a little too short.

Paint: Apple Barrel, and Folkart
Decals: FF.net
Figure: FF.net
Chinstraps: Paper and Modge Podge
Facemasks: Electric Gridiron

Any Recomendations? P.S. This figure still has a few slight touchups.

Man you keep getting better and better!

Easy fix on that leg stripe decal..just cut an small portion off another leg decal from the set and place it on over the area that is missing a portion. I do it all the time!

I decided to handpaint the rest of the stripe, fixed it right away .
I have one more thing to say...
I know that Oscar Reed was not a huge back, which I made him look like, I just wanted to test out what I could do with the shoulder pads and I wanted to create an intimating Runningback . I also didn't know his running style as I could only find one or two pictures, here is the most common one I found:

Default Thanks Taylor

Taylor,

You will be a great customizer, I have no doubt! You take risk! You welcome criticism. And you see something where most see nothing! I am a huge Oscar Reed fan. Although he was just an average back in the league, I had a personal relationship with "Butch" and his family.

I love what you are doing with Reed. I would say do him again and study anything that you think is a flaw and enhance it. You've got the talent and vision to do this. Smooth things out just a little bit and don't make the pads on him as pronounced. Reed was a fullback but a smallish fullback. He came to the Vikes as a tailback but if he wanted to play, he had to turn FB.

I love that white uniform and I am happy with what you're doing with Oscar Reed. Keep working hard and adding to your customs. Never compare yourself to others. Establish your own identity and perfect what you do best.

Reg
