When that db is running with your receivers and the board stops. That is your opportunity to see what moves you would put on a defense. Imagine you were playing tackle, flag or touch football right now today. You are the receiver running down field. In your head you have a move in mind to get open. You can do that here in the MPFL. When the board stops, that is the begining of your cut wherever you wan't your recivers to go. When the board stops is like you stopping on a dime and going into your juke.
