Default Marshall, Marshall, Marshall............

We won't be hearing those words on ESPN ever again. Marshall Faulk is announcing his retirement. I don't have a modern Rams team, I guess I'll have to paint one just as a tribute to him and Kurt, Isaac, Torrey and the rest of the 99-01 Rams who put on an incredible display, scoring 500+ points 3 years in a row. We may never see that again in our lifetimes. So here's to you, Marshall, one of the smartest, most gifted running backs in NFL history!

Default All hail Marshall Faulk!

Fellas,
I for one will miss Marshall. I enjoyed watching him play the game. Everything was gravy until he graced the cover of .... well you guys know the name of that infamous video game. I'll soeak it once, Madden. The career ender for those who grace it's covers! How long until Football Season? I'm in a slight depression right now. Thak goodness for eletricfootball!

Default Marshall Faulk was a great player. But...

I lost all respect for him a while back when he was competing in a skills competition with other NFL running backs. One of the events was the one where you are surrounded by the throwing machines and you have to make the catches (even though nobody actually catches the balls) in a certain amount time. Well he won the event, but afterwards the officials said he didn't catch on oe them so he finished in a tie for first. So he then proceeds to take off his cleats and leave 'cause he couldn't have his way ("I'm takin' my ball and going home"). That was when I lost all respect for him.
