JAX JAGS UNI'S

Before Jax hit the field, I was outside of Jax at the time, I thought, and I could be wrong, the Jags uni's were to be black helmets, teal jerseys, and GOLD pants with teal and black striping:confused. I seem to remember reading something or seeing a picture. Maybe it was a concept? Does anyone remember the same thing?

They had originally had a design that had a Jaguar that looked too much like the Jaguar of the car company. I remember seeing the uniforms back then and if I remember correctly, the jerseys had this jaguar on it from shoulder to shoulder and it looked real silly. Like the players would be wearing a boa or something. The helmet had a Seahawks look to them with the jaguar running back to front.

Trust me, what they ended up having was much better.

I also read somewhere where the teal tongue on the current logo head was the idea of Mr. Weaver's wife.
