I think you best bet on this is to get with Chris Fields. 5-13 Studios on the forum. He did some fantastic leather helmet figures for Big Franco. I think there are some photos on pages 3-5 in this thread. http://www.miniaturefootball.com/for...ead.php?t=3384
I attached a photo of some done by Chris that he had at the MFCA Convention last year. I also included a lovely shot of our two helmet models, Mark Kingbiel and Mike Turner as they modeled the award for the Coaches Points Challenge Winner.
