Default Those attending Buzzfest!!!!!!!

There has been a little debate going around about who has the best bowlers in an MF league. I'm here to say that the Philly group is the best in the country.

There is a very nice bowling alley down the street from the where the hotel is in Harrisburg.

We can go with either a 4 or 5 man team. Dearell you put your foot in your mouth bro at opening day. Also I know that Tookie out of the GLEFL is a very good bowler, so is Tony Johnson. But nowhere is there a better collection of bowlers in 1 league. Myself, Glenn Phoenix, Cliff Gibbs, Ernie Grice will go against anybody attending the Buzzfest.

We will call it the Buzzfest Bowlarama tournament Jama!!!!

We can work out the details of what we can play for. Maybe a donation to the Garage Sell in your leagues name, and/or to that group's league. Heck we can even buy a trophy to pass around each year, but I feel that it will stay in Philly!!!!
Yes I know Tom Johnson (befl) has some 270 plus games!

Bring it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyone that wants in this reply here or email me direct yizcorey@aim.com

If my physical condition were different I would end your proposal and all debate w/in 2 to 3 games. Come to think of it, I could probably clean your clock from a wheelchair.

Before you go putting yourself (and your potential team mates) out there, don't forget who you use to call for coaching/advice when your game hit a wall. It wasn't all that long ago. Don't make me hit the approach on training wheels. I might hurt your feelings. I wouldn't need a team. Just multiply my score by the team size agreed upon. When was the last time you had your butt kicked by a gimp? For the right amount of jack, it could be very soon!

I was literally on the lanes before I was born. I was born to bowl. But that person is behind me - by force, not by choice. Though I am confident I could coach almost anyone of any skill level to up their game in a very short session.

All fun aside, it is a respectable proposal CorEy. One couldn't ask for a better or a more difficult game to master unless we're playing golf (i shot mid-low 80's before my health went south).

Next time you pass through this way, tote your weapons. I'll take you to a couple of pro level houses (setups and oil patterns). I wanna see who can break 720 w/30 feet of heavy oil spread evenly, gutter to gutter. No feathering. No patterns. THAT'S what separates the wannabes from the pros. Then go from that to a reverse blocked setup and still break 720. 6 games total. 1440 minimum to cash. Line forms to the left. Exit is to your right.

Default Bowling

I used to date the head of the American Bowling Congress' daughter. That's like royalty in Wisconsin.

I am not near at the level of y'all...I think my highest average was 182.

Great idea CorEy...I'd be up for it...but I think Gutt and I are the only ones coming from MN.

Default Pratt, I knew that would get the hairs on your neck

RAISED!!!!!!!!!

Hey don't forget pal, my back is pretty screwed up. I was carrying a 202 avg before the back went out. I'm only at 178-182 now. But I feel I can rise to the field. Pratt I remember you telling me you were a very good bowler....I didn't believe you when you said you could hoop also, but you held your own that day we all went out to play, and your back was twisted then. To this day, the highlight had to be smokestack's slow motion reverse layup. PRICELESS!

Chuck L, you guys try to bring your bowling ball as a carry on! Let's do this!

Tom, you and Gutt can merge with anyone else left over....you can be the MFCA team!

Pratt even if you don't bowl, you gotta be there to witness. This should be fun. Somebody has to video this.........a youtube moment if I ever knew one.

the Face Of The Hobby promotes Unity, Integrity, Fellowship.....the foundation on which this organization was started.
If we do this..... Everyone wins, there will be no losers.

Get your popcorn ready!

CorEy - You should know me well enough by now that I don't talk smack I can't back. My smack is fact.

You didn't raise any hair on my back on the subject. I was just pushin up on you a little for the fun of it. I can't stroke the rock anymore but I am still very passionate about the game and the art of bowling.

Walking is more than iffy for me w/o a 16 lb rock. So I'm out of the game unless I roll up in training wheels. But I can still teach a dog to break deuce. And I can teach a solid deuce shooter to frequently break 700.

Default Haven't done it competively lately but

I'm somewhere around 190. But with the money on the table, and no beer, it gets ugly.

What? No BEER? Agreed then. It will get ugly. Beer is a good part of the equation for consistently breaking 700.
