Thumbs up A salute to all of you creative guys!!!

Hey Guys,

I remember when I joined this community back in ’01 names like D. Thomas, Rutledge, Popham, Lewis, G-man, Jayboy, Martin, Klingbeil, Travers, Raider Mike, McGhee, Daniels, and Sharpe dominated the landscape of creativity. If you owned any of their works, it was like some kind of status symbol in the hobby.

Over the next few years other coaches started stepping up their game artistically, and all could see the fruits of their labor. Suddenly names like Robinson, Morris, Lomax, D.C., Jennings, Stacey, Bradley, Beenutt, Morgans, Diggs, Dunagan, Vaughn, Raiderman, Kistner, Hardmon, Royal, Watts, Porche, G. Thomas, Burgess, Weirdwolf, and Campbell were expanding the creativity of the hobby as a whole.

Now here in the ’07 a fresh batch of coaches is showing us that everybody can be creative in their own way. It’s now common to see the works of Ravenna Al, Biglock, TVChachi, Bluesman, ForU2hate, Priest, Decal Master, Guttman, Wright, and Majikman. If I’ve left anyone out it’s purely unintentional, because I’m just naming guys off the top of my head.

Whether you are a painter, decaler, decal maker, stadium builder, mold maker, big board maker, field cover designer, video/DVD/ short films producer, graphic designer, or custom figures maker… I want to thank all of you guys for inspiring others and me with your wonderful creations. All of you out there who are doing things to make the hobby better and more enjoyable for everybody; Please keep up the good work.

Peace,

OldSchool

Great post "oldschool", I've heard many good things about you from Reg, I guess I'm pretty lucky living just 5 minutes from Double R, ( Reg ). Maybe someday I will be able to meet you as well as other great EFL minds.

Good post Don!
Stay tuned because one of the things that the MFCA will be bringing to the table for all coaches is a regional and national painting/customizing competition sponsored by the MFCA. (Your MFCA dues working for you) It won't be long now and we will introduce the entire plan but for all you "hobbyists" the MFCA is going to provide a great opportunity to express yourselves.

BTW: if you REALLY want those LT and PEPPERS poses for your collection contact me .. i could "gift" them to you as long as you let me know HONESTLY how they perform on the gridiron. this way i know how good/bad they work so i can make them better in the future.

I'm really honored to be in mention with all these big-dogs, thanks Don!

It's only been a year so far for me,
but a really full, engaging year.

So much data...
