MPFL COACHES,


where are you in regards to posting thoughts and ideas about the MPFL. We must take a page from the ohio coaches who post as a league. Some coaches there will come on and post certain things about there league. Are the list of mpfl coaches members of the MFCA. It can't continue to just be myself, ant and scott hooper posting all the time. Where's decal master with all of his graphic's and illustrations. We must combine our thughts and idea's collectively as a league I wan't to hear other coaches views on the system who actually played in the league the past few years.

Where are they?

See I want to make sure that coaches keep in mind that there is something that is done in every league that I hope will not happen to you coaches.

When the Lord God gave me this system to put together he guided me. It was very simple at that time and easy for me to understand.

But it is human nature to want to change what they don't understand, or change something to cover up what the system exposed in there game, there flaws.

Now hear is were the system is at it's best, if you stick with it and practice the area that is weak in you're game, "you're flaws", you becomes better.

I didn't have good receivers and because of it I had no confidence in my pasing game, "my flaws" so rather than change the system to help cover up my flaws like many of you are or might do, I kept at it.

I became smarter, and understood the passing game better because I worked within the system and the flaw became a weapon.

Rules change from league to league because flaws are exposed and member want to cover them up under the title "Rules change". We must guard against this or we will become just like the others.

As a high jumper in high school, the bar was set at 5 feet 7 inches, now we had to jump over it, the coache didn't lower the bar, we worked on what was needed to clear the bar, and has we got better the bar was rased. Well the system works the same way.

Bottom line is the system made me better because I hade to learn and change as a coach within the frame work of the system and not change the system to fit me flaws
