Default Down Linemen

Hey, do any leagues have a limit on down linemen? I remember reading something about them here before. Talking about how they get up under and lift then push back the prongs. What do you guys think about this?

I think they caused your untimely departure from the playoffs!!! I actually kinda like 'em myself. To me they're really no different than lockdown corners or any other custom figure that benefits a coach one way or another. That's just my two cents though.

Default SOME DO

...but THAT's football!!! "The low man wins!" is what every one of my coaches used to scream at the linemen.

Default Well

All righty then! I will be hooking up a few low linemen! Maybe have a few in action. That have been hit to the ground and are laying on their backs.

You are right Harold, you won the game in the trenches. I will have something for you next time!!!!!

Jimbo, I take it you have a few down linemen? To be honest, I have no problem with them. Just thought a limit on them would be in order. Guys, thanks for responding!

Default OH yeah

Jimbo, I played d and o line. You are right that players are coached to stay low. But, who runs around the field with there hand on the gound in a three point stance? It looks wierd to me. All of the other figs are in action. But hey, I have no problem throwing a few on my squad! To keep up with others!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jeff,

I am quite sure you have already made some of those adjustments for the next time we get together.I can just imagine the mad scientist in you stewing over your troops to come up with the perfect hybrid to get the job done.Just remember though, your line might play great but I will have a Great LinE!!!
