Remove the Bullet !!

After meditating on the state of this hobby , seeing the plethora of issues that are running through the community like a plague .

Many have placed a band-aid on a bullet wound in the form of different rules ,leagues , etc . While this is very positive in theory ,the fact remains that the bullet must be removed and the wound cleaned befor the healing process can begin.

So what is this bullet ? The bullet is coaches who are : Jealous , dishonest , who envy , unruly , rowdy , ungovernable , undisciplined , turpretude , degradation , covetous , lieing , steel , etc . It is these people who embody these qualities that are the bullet that needs to be removed from this hooby befor any type of unity can be done .

There is a treatment , it is men of the following : Integrity , honesty quality ,morals excellence , goodness , rightousness , virtue .

This hobby and leagues around the country are all about relationships , not control . The only thing that can be controled are your TV remote , your car , and your self .

This hobby and leagues are about relationships with people . One thing we must remember is that football is a team sport .

Team means : Together Everyone Achievs More .
The Head Coach is the League Head/Commissioner
The players are the members of the league/team owners

No positive player on a team will tell the coach how to coach , or tell the owner what to do with something he owns . Your job on the team is to play your position and follow the rules and instructions .

If we would be more like good football players on a pro team then maybe this hobby will be something more than what it is .

I will end this post with this . Lets not look at others , but look at your self and ask your self , Are you being a good member of your league , or your EF community ? Are you one that feels that you don't need to follow rules because your a grown man ? When you don't get your way do you run off and form your own league with rules that don't belong to you ?

Are you that bullet that pains this hobby ?

Well Anthony.. I read it..

But.. I didn't comment because I would just be echoing what I've posted before.. We just don't have those problems in the Tornado Alley EFL.. YES.. There are calls that not everyone agrees on, but that's normal.. and nothing ever has gotten out of hand. And to be honest.. I don't think it ever will.. We just don't have those kinds of coaches. We just wanna play.. I guess we're just lucky. BUT.. When we make rules changes, it's a democracy.. and we all vote. There's no "my way or the highway" in the Tornado Alley EFL. Cuz in then end.. It's OUR way.

The bullet you refer to is true in every aspect of life.

I'm not trying to put words in Anthony's mouth. But I believe he is speaking on a broader scope. Maybe not specific to any league or person. But to the way some behave or better said misbehave. There are individuals out there that only have their own best interest at heart. While they claim to be about the betterment of electric football. They are in many cases more in tune with keeping it divided. The tools of their trade typically revolve around spreading stories and misinformation about people. Or some other cowardly act.

If you want more details I would say spend a few minutes talking with Anthony, Reggie, Vince or Don. They might be willing to share some stories with you.

That is it in the nut shell ! Some have asked me , " Why did you post that , did some one do something to you ? " " Are you up set with some one ? "

That is funny , LOL , LOL . No that is not it . I am infact speaking on a broad scop as Wally J has said . From the second Miggle convention up to now it has been the same thing .

This post should be read with an open mind just as Wally J has done , then you will clearly see what I'm writing about .

Ah.. but the thread asked me to look at myself.. (scary look most of the time) And I looked at myself and the local league I play in.

And the stories you've mentioned.. Ya.. We've heard a few.. And my answer to the stories?.. I refuse to take sides, and.. I don't have to. And the people I've heard negativity about? I've met with some, I've talked with some.. And I've never been done wrong by any of them, and in fact, it's been the exact opposite. I've always been treated great.

Again.. The "bullet" is in every part of life.
You do too much removing and you bleed to death.
