Exclamation "Mission Statement"please read

For me personally im not to pleased about Wolfs decision to step down as President but I understand. He may be the 1 true MF hobbiest out there that truly strived for unity, all of us have our own personal goals that dont allow us to see we sometimes. Wolf has never asked me what I can do for him but he did tell me what he could do for me that stuck with me. At a time when my name, reputation & character as a man was challenged on this very forum he stood up for me while others I thought were friends helped perpetuate the myth. instead of needlessly answering very nasty posts I called the person we resolved it and the post were pulled, and some of those very people are once again clients of mine. There are people out there who owe me major but i will never post anything negative about anyone, but for some reason they got it in there head that i owe them something or just decided my time is worthless, as we all now see that only grows into a cancer. For some reason people seem to forget how they got where there at, or how far the hobby has come, alot of that has to do with Wolf, u didnt do it by yourself and I bet at some point Wolf was there to assist in any way possible, not because he was getting paid but he wanted to truly advance the hobby. How many has called Wolf for logos I bet he didnt charge u if so not much, definately not by time spent. if all only take theres no left to give, for those that feel that they are MF & make decisions based on me rather than we good luck WE'LL still be here when u ready to come home.So as the MFCA convention draws near, Im with u hommie, let me know what I can do for u. still going to be one of the best conventions yet, at the hollowed ground of the NFL, I might add thats all Wolf peace MW p.s. for those that feel as i do please reply a good friend needs us!

Thumbs up

This is truly sad and I am bothered by the fact that it has come to this. While I don't know you that well, Lynn, I have always appreciated the efforts that you and the others have put into the promotion of this hobby. Family issues aside, and we all know family comes first, it is a sad thing when issues like these come up and we lose quality people who have given their time and energy to make a good thing work. I pray that the family issues will be resolved positively and that some day you will come back. I believe the hobby and it's unity is a little weaker now because of this and I hope we learn from this and become stronger in the future.

Wolf laid the groundwork to help us get to where we are today.

The number one thing is to be here for him and support him and his family in what it is they are dealing with, as that is more important than MF.

The number two thing is to carry on and not let everything he has done and will continue to do for us until he officially steps down be wasted.

It is more important now than ever before that we focus on the positive and keep growing this thing. This has no doubt been the worst week in MFCA history, let's put it behind us and get back to the business of doing good for each other and doing good for the hobby.

You do good work, Lynn.

Hats Off.

The most grounded person on the board thrust into the thankless position of moderating us knuckleheads, the irony .

Thank You Very Much.

Default SORRY TO HEAR OF THIS DECISION

Wolf,

I am very sorry of the events that transpired while you were away. Also, i am sorry to hear of your decision to step down as president of the MFCA. Family matters superseed any MF goings on by a long shot. I hope any family troubles can be resolved rather quickly. You have been the greatest miniature footballer and a wonderful president. You have driven the bus to make this chatboard and the mfca as a whole a smooth ride. I sincerely hope you return as president as soon as your family issues have passed. The entire MF community will be effected by this decision. We will try our best to keep the hobby going in the right direction until you return. thank you very much for all of your hard work. IT WAS AND IS EXTREMELY APPRECIATED.

Default You will be missed Wolf

Wolf,

You always hold a special place for me for many reasons. The first is that you were the 1st person in this hobby that I met at the Jacksonville, Miggle convention 3 years ago. I came down on a whim, knowing noone and nothing. You nursed me through the growing pains of this hobby and the game. You have been a terrific leader and a friend as well. It has been said before, and I will say it again: The hobby will be the poorer without you.
We all face challenges in life, and I for one, wish you and yours the best.

God Bless,

Mark Francis

(hope to still see you in Canton)

Default The MFCA......

..... Has been spoiled with a GREAT leader, whose committment and sacrifices for this hobby are a tremendous example of leadership. True leaders lead by example. Lynn has worked so hard for the MFCA and we have all been the beneficiaries of his labors. I wish he and his family well in the days to come.

Now we must focus on the tasks at hand, support each other, attend MFCA Conventions and functions if possible, and keep moving in the right direction.

Default Pathways.....

Fellas,

We all enjoy electric football. We love it for many reasons. However, there comes a time we must take another path in life and leave the hobby completely. My friends, we have been given a gift! This gift reflected upon happier times in our lives as young boys. Now as men we were allowed to return to our youth for just a little while. We received another chance to play, travel and make new friends. The seeds have been planted. Great members of our society have come and gone. Some have returned and new ones emerge everyday. Electric football will endure and many of us will choose alternate pathways, but electric football will continue. It is with my deepest regrets to all that I will not be attending the MFCA convention or any other conventions for years to come. However, like all immortal figures like "The Wierd Wolf" Tron shall return! For now, I will comptemplate this beneath the Tree of Woe just North of my Fortress of Solitude!

I do want to clarify that I am not leaving the hobby, the MFCA or this forum....I'm just resigning as President and will still be involved with many aspects of the MFCA. I love this game and the people and the competition.
