It's an all time team in 86 uniforms. #85 is Phil McConkey, special teams all-timer.

The idea was to pick a Great year and uniform for the team, then add all the greatest players under that year.

The 86 uniforms were also considered but oddly enough this same uniform type was used in the 60's also, so they won out.
