Default Poll question...will he or won't he

Well the Vikings are out (sorry Guttmann), so I ask...will Brett finally retire before he gets crippled for life!?

i think with the beating he took yesterday, he will realize his body will not last another complete season. so I vote he will retire .

Thanks Matt!

6 fumbles, 2 int's, crappy kickoff coverage and a slew of BS penalty's........And they go to OT??? Any "GOOD" team would've crushed the Vikes yesterday.

Colts by 20!

Favre-Will be back next year. He's upset.

One of the signs of a "GOOD" team is one that can win the big game, even when they are not playing at their best. If Brees is on in the Super Bowl, it could be an interesting game.
I think that Favre will try one more season, but he may not make it all the way through.

TRUE! The Vikes can't do it, and haven't for a long time.

Default One More Time.....

I think Favre will be back next year. $12.5 million is
a big incentive, plus he'll have pretty much the same
team around him. They're young and hopefully improving.
There are ALOT of Favre "hatters" out there but I'd take
Favre on a bad day,at 40-41 over ALOT of the QBs' out there today.
And don't get me started on Adrian ( they call me Mr. Fumble)
Peterson.I'm not impressed.Sorry ! I'd rather see Chester
Taylor run the ball any day.

Sometimes when you have it all you can have too much. Stars are humans and it always comes down to one thing. Karma. You kick people and it comes back to haunt you. So happy to get the "Legend" that they couldn't even be honest with their players about it. So, no training camp, no conditioning, all we need is you. Something so simple, yet complex. So sad to see him crumpled and defeated like that. It reminds me of the time I was brought to tears when Larry Holmes pummelled my all time hero, Muhammed Ali, to Parkinsons. I pray, and I believe to no avail, that Brett does not follow "The Greatest of All Time" as it relates to knowing when enough is enough. Having stated that Brett deserves one more shot at a title. They have to be better next year because they know each other. For all the drama I still want to see him go out a winner. The only problem is that on the other side is probably the greatest quarterback, in my opinion, to play the game. One Peyton Williams Manning.

I agree with the dependable Chester over the explosive Adrian anyday. You only need a back to "keep em honest" when you have a Farve at QB. Unfortunately, the Vikings didn't find that out until yesterday. So what do they do. There's no Aaron Rogers on the horizon and we all know Brett is too fierce a competitor to share. So watch and learn Mr. Jackson.

Default Love those Sears commercials

The whole team had butterfingers. And once the game got close Brett felt like he had to be superman, and threw the game away. Making those throws that make you say HHMMMMMM.......

AP did have 3tds!!!! He's trying to hard to break everything for 80yds. He will settle down. It was amazing that the Vikes kept giving the ball away, but remained in the game.
They are the better team, but not on that day. The Saints took what was given, and now they are a game away.
I like Favre, but all that changing his mind crap gives me a bad taste.
I hope he retires, he probably won't because he is so close with that Vikings team.

As for the bowl, don't think the Saints have enough defense to hold down Peyton and the colts offense.
I really think the Vikes would have given them a better game, but who knows.

I vote that he comes back, but he will wait right up to the 2nd preseason game!
