Update: Made some personnel changes and redid some of my custom figures. Today, I got the sealer on all the figures and got two coats of white paint on my defense.

Got the offense painted in the blues. Also got the pant legs striped for offense and defense. Have started striping the shirts. Not using decals for the shirt stripes, so it's getting to be a little tricky. The white jerseys will take a little more craftiness.
