Default A tournament ready team is...

Painted with the offense in dark and the defense in white unis, because that is the rule in most tournaments.

Default Don't forget!

Hello,
It also means your figures are the right height and weight. No frankenstein figures; however a few have been allowed to sneak in here and there( The gorilla arm close-line figure). Your bases must not be altered in some abstract way or boiled. They should also be your best looking team. So if nothing else happens at least your look good!

Default tourney ready

It could also mean that all the bases have been tweaked, and battle tested. Raiderman, and Lomax are 2 coaches that come to mind when you say tourney ready. Those two will start from scratch, and build a team that is ready to play against anyone. A tourney team does not mean that the bases are strong. You need loopers, spinning safties, RB's that circle out of the backfield.
The painting is one part of the process, the bases is the other. Hope this helps!?

For me Tournney Ready means making a series of bad decisions and developing a team that consistently loses regardless of how pretty they are.

Default Thanks

Ol'National One... thanks for the props....

Rob, that's the facts about what "Tournament ready" means.

As for you Wolf - seems like all that howling has cause you not to keep your coaching hat on during the games...
