First, thanx to all who showed up at the convent. Another successful event. The tailgate party was the biggest and best to date. So many coaches said at the tailgate, where the heck have i been, im note missing this ever again. It's nice to mingle with all the different people. You don't have to go to the game, you can tailgate and watch the game on tv outside. Coaches were saying man i don't want to leave even if they had to. Quick point, when we left to go into the stadium, some said ok i must leave to get home at a decent hour. THEY WERE STILL THERE WHEN WE CAME BACK FROM THE GAME. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU. Please save your money starting today and get yourself to the next one. YOU WONT BE SORRY.

THE GAME.

First off, what made me think the set up clock in the NFL was 45 seconds. IT'S 40 SECONDS.

I always thought there was some sort of delay between plays. WRONG AGAIN.

THAT 40 SECOND PLAY CLOCK STARTS SOON AS THE PLAYER IS TACKLED. THE MILLI-SECOND YOU HIT THE GROUND AND LOOK UP THE CLOCK WAS RESET AND GOING. I said, REG, they don't play when it comes to resetting that clock. Reg just gave me a, "I told you so look". The speed of the shootout system is exactly what i was watching last night AT THE GAME.
You cant see these little things when watching a game on tv.
