Default Great work on the new MFCA vid !

I just discovered it on mfca.org !

Great quality, synthetic explanation, and I'm now able to put new faces on well known hobby's personalities too.

I've got an idea for another vid: you should make a video explanation of a gaming sequence following the MFCA rules (basic and advanced rules). On the new promo video, there is a moment when a RB is highlighted and the rest of the image is darker : then the game develops, and you focus on the RB. Very clever, and pedagogic.

Imagine the same system for a gaming sequence (turn sequence) video explanation. I believe it could be a good way to promote the game, with beautiful figs, and good tweaking.

The major advantage of MF on other wargames and figures game is the dynamism of the game. Not static, not theorical. The game "lives" and real physics are in game. Let's show it to the world Remember that the world doesn't know the game...and barely imagine how it's working...Even in USA, for a lot of people, it's just a child game with circle turning plastic guys..

Jeff Eby is the man! We have been planning this for a year. Matt Culp and Jeff spurred this project on. It is a start, but we definetly want to continue producing more. I will mail out DVD's on Wednesday for any MFCA member that sends a request.

I love French Guys idea and hopefully we can develop some more of these. I know for myself, the CBSMF video from last year had a whole bunch of nice highlighted plays in super slow motion. They were great and with the correct voice over explaining whats happening, could be part of the next production.

We encourage everyone to feel free to copy these and distribute everywhere.

P.S The actual DVD also has some of Eby's other videos set to music on it.

you know, it's TYPICALLY the kind of videos I can share on french forums and hobby communities (wargames, roleplay, etc...)

Perhaps I can translate the comments in french ? So you can integrate some subtitles in the vid ? Let me know.

Thanks, everyone. Like Wolf says, the plan is to do more videos. How-tos, and breaking down the rules and plays with isolation and slow-mo. I also want to get more interviews that show the personalities of the coaches. I couldn't make the convention this year, but next year I'll be there.

That's a great idea! Just send me the text and I'll make a French version. eby.jeff@gmail.com.
