New Short Video

Lindyhopper, The grey coat is primer. There is white primer on the figure's sock tops and jersey as well. The primer helps the top coat of paint adhere to the plastic. Since the torso of the figure had been refurbished, the primer also served as a cover for the blemishes that were left behind from the previous paint job. Primer also tells on you if you missed a place or didn't apply enough coats during painting. Moreover, primer helps the paint to cure faster. The figure that was used is a Reginald Rutledge crippler figure. I separated the left hand from the thigh to give it more of a back pedaling appearance. Maurice The Electric Coach
