I saw the old pics Corey posted on Facebook from the early 2000s where I had the crazy long hair. And I needed to lose 10 pounds.

So I got my hair cut.

Hey the photos Roo are talking about is our league fb page. phillynefl...go check it out for some real old school stuff! Late 90's til present.

Guys if you drink soda, take that out. I lost like 10lbs in a week by doing that. I was a Pepsi freak!!!! The other thing is cut down on the starches and carbs. I try to eat only wheat bread now. After taking that pic with Jerry Rice I saw how big I had gotten. I started right after that. I lost over 25lbs. The only exercise I did was a little walking, nothing much.
We can't stay young forever, so we have to take better care of ourselves.
