Default Who Wants A Piece Of Illinois?

I wanna do something that I don't think has ever been done before. I wanna play ILLINOIS' entire schedule, but not solitaire or within my own league (entirely). I want to play YOU! Or all those that can accomodate ILLINOIS' schedule. If you have this team and are willing to play with the Strategy Divider and Multi-Stop, then LMK and we can meet in the middle possibly.

Week #
  1. @ Missouri (GENO H)
  2. WESTERN ILLINOIS (???)
  3. @ Syracuse (Spartacus!!!)
  4. @ Indiana (Matt Wavra???)
  5. PENN STATE (Matt Culp)
  6. WISCONSIN (Ron C.!!!)
  7. @ Iowa (Matt Miller???)
  8. MICHIGAN (Michigan Joe!!!)
  9. BALL STATE (Rob Vetor???)
  10. @ Minnesota (???)
  11. @ Ohio State (Ronnie B.)
  12. NORTHWESTERN (Terry A.???)

*6 Games Locked-In for sure, and 4 unconfirmed and 2 unclaimed teams.

Default Need Some More Coaches

I got 5 outta 12 games setup, or at least know that these teams will represent. Missouri and Western Illinois might be long shots, but the others should have a fan or two nearby that would play me!?!?!

ANybody else wanna put themselves out there with their favorite team and try to coordinate their schedule? Using your local set of rules, of course.

Default That sounds like fun- even better than solataire

This is a GREAT idea Jimbo and one that I might copy in order to have a season with my Wolverines! You know I'm in for that game, I see its a home game for the Illini. Your schedule shouldn't be an issue, just get Ronnie to play you on those toough to find teams- he's got em all right?

This method might be a nice way to introduce someone to the game too. First of all its competitive and a game like atmosphere. You can have people start by playing with teams that you make and once they are hooked they will get a board, start to make their own teams, and want to do more league style play.

Jimbo,
Being a KU fan this could possibly kill me.....but.....I would create the MIZZOU Team to kick your butt with.
Let me know!

Default Hola Jimbo

Hey Jimbo...I have Penn State based up...but they suck...not that I have a chance in hell of beating you anyway. Maybe I can talk Matt Wavra into another field trip and you could play us both on a weekend....

Default Gophers

Jimbo,
No promises, but I hope to get to my Gophers sometime this winter. If I can finish I'd be more than happy to meet in Eau Claire, WI to play a game. It would be March at the earliest.

Default Deal! Deal! Deal!

*Ok to Geno's MIZZOU - I think Ronnie B. has them painted - they'll just need you to base 'em up. And...is your slogan a slant on Star Wars or from the cartoon Battle of the Planets?

*Ok to Matt Culp's NIPPLY LIONS. And a maybe on Matt Wavra's HOSERS...I mean HOOSIERS.

*Mike, I might have to get you on next year's Schedule. Is that timeframe due to ALL the painting you're doing? That's what I hate about painting for others - YOU CAN HARDLY PLAY!!! BUT...you gotta bump that due date up so your GOPHERS can make it to our Miniature College Football Championships in January!!!

You are correct Chief Jimbo.
I'm way too busy to play. I never get to play. I'll try to bump myself up, but too many others are counting on me for their teams. Here to please.
