Early Thursday morning students gathered around Sparty as news of the Spartans' fate hit campus. Although proud of their team and an outstanding season, many Spartan fans voiced anger and frustration at yet another Spartan loss.

One such student said "A win against Michigan is no longer enough. Spartan fans seek nothing less than a Floral Bowl throphy!". Joe Spartan of Pontiac, MI said "this is terrible. Tennessee sucks! What's going on up there?" While State looks for answers and hopes for better luck next year, their hated instate rivals advance to the next round. "As usual, all we can hope for is a Michigan loss..." Joe said, "I just don't like Wolverines. If they win it all, I'am gonna be sick..."



Thanks Brian for all of the updates. Perhaps a fresh set of jerseys will lead the Spartans to the Championship next year.

thanks guys......steve...i almost pulled that one out ...but i missed a fourth and goal to goal pass from the 8 yard line ... late in the fourth..that might have turned the whole thing around..as you are well aware of theres no love lost between the wolverines and spartans.....but i really dont like the vols.......oh well maybee you and i can work on the spartans for next year

as for the badgers...there running game seems almost unstopable...but they can be passed on and there passing game is shakey...but hey they made it this far....only win to go and there in the floral bowl

thanks jimbo thanks coop,,,,this has been a fun season with some big surprises...the badgers keep surpriseing me...and since i put the norbert bases i got Michigan has been ALMOST flawless...lsu just keeps on rolling along and the vols of tennessee are back in the grove..I'm looking forward to the final four next week
