Default Crown on 620!!!!

Ideas on how to remove please. I have heard of rods. Saw picture of bolts through side. And a pic showing use of zip tie on bottom so all work ishidden?

Is this an older or newer version of the 620 ? If it is an older model then I would purchase a box of LARGE black binder clips. I went the economical way and the Admin. Assistant at my job hooked me up with 10. I placed a LARGE binder clip on the 10, 30, 50, 30, and 10 yard line on BOTH sides of the board. That eliminated the crown. Remember this was done on an older version of the 620. Although I have the newer 620 I usually play on my older model. Fortunately I don't have any problems with my newer version of the 620. Hope this helps.

The binder clips go UNDER the board? Or where?

The binder clips work perfectly, just clip them along the sides of the board and remember to take the arms off them.

I am such a dummy.

I dont get it.

I have the big clips. Where do they go? UNDER the board? Take the arms off them? What does that mean?

Sorry for my ignorance

Chris,
The binder clamps have the clips that you use to open it up with. After you clamp the under rails (make sure you get both outer and inner rail) then you remove the clips or you cant set the board back down . Place them where you need them to achieve the most level position , may take 1 to 6 depending on how bad your board is. Hope this helps

This doesnt show the binder clips but does show where you would attach them. Just put the clips around the field where needed instead of the bolts. I put a little foam inside of the clip to protect the paint job on the field. Move them around as needed to remove the crown. Then just detach the silver arms on the clips.

The photos are of a new 620 that even the binnder clips couldnt fix which led to the exstensive drilling and bolts that finally resolved the problem.

It also helps, as it shows in the one photo, to zip tie the cord to the frame so the motor doesnt tilt as the cord is pulled when turning the field on and off.
