The only nitpick is the numbers: you'd need all-silver numbers on a real uniform to be readable at distance. Otherwise, the silver-&-black looks sharp.
How about an all-black scheme as an alternative concept?

Raiders
Did you ask permission to go messing with my team? LOL! I did one a while back. I took everywhere the Raiders had silver and made it black and everywhere they had black and made it silver. It was cool. By ONE I mean I only made ONE not one team. Kind of like, "How much for ONE rib?" rtfl$
