I heard about Everson Wall's generosity when I was watching Quite Frankly with Steven A. Smith last week. Everson happened to be on the show when Steven A. brought up the subject. You could tell just by listening to Everson speak (about Ron Springs) that this was an example of the "true" spirit of giving, instead of some publicity stunt. It was good to see a story about an unselfish (ex)athlete, instead of another story about the selfish ones.
