Default NFL's Toughest Players

I may have posyed this before but I can't find the post. I need a roster for my HiTMEN team. I want players who are no longer playing and were beats when they played. I need position and number. I have a few players already.
1)Walter Payton #34 My all time favorite player
2)Jack Lanbert #58
3)Ronnie Lott #42

Keep them coming!
Thanks

Now when you say tough I think of hard hitting machines? In that case I will give you 3 of my all time favorites.

1. Eugene Lockhart(56)MLB
2. Chuck Cecil(26) Safety
3. Andre Waters(20) Safety. I think his first name is Andre, not too sure but he played for the Eagles.

All 3 of these guys would be right at home on the HITMEN!

Wheres Brett Favre on this list? How many other QBs do you know that start more than 260 straight games, lead blocks on linebackers, and jaws face to face with 300 pound lineman (Chris Hovan, Warren Sapp the enitre Lions football team, etc.) If you had to pick a QB, pick Favre.
