Default Mercury Morris - The Dali Lama of NFL Hate Continues..

You guys put that in the pages "Mercury Morris is the Dali Lama of NFL hate." He is the hate sheppard. The big green hate machine. etc.

Move over T.O. Step aside Jose Canseco. We are talking about the great grandaddy of sports hate.

The freakin hate-o-meter is busted over here.

Even Darth Vader had love in the end. But not this hater. The hate is so sick, its impressive...most impressive.

Four little letters but for Mercury Morris it is much more than that...it is a way of life. A sadistic Zen if you will.

Presenting my hero and yours...another Hateful glass of bitter hate poured by the hate master.

Enjoy,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66y3-0udGko

if Miami 72 hates this much, then the Patriots are on a freakin holy quest to stop them.

This guy is without a doubt one of the biggest dirtbags of all-time and he won't go away. He's just so upset because the one thing he can cling to for his self-wellness is in danger, and he needs to make everyone know it.

Default It's too bad.

I loved watching him play when I was a kid. OJ too - kept a week by week scrapbook of his 2,003 yard season. I worry a bit about which guys that my son now enjoys watching will later prove a disappointment to him.

Mercury just needs to let it go.

Well guys... I just don't see the "hate"...

While his words do hint at a bit of frustration.. I didn't consider it a "rant".
He simply gave his opinion.. And perhaps he's heard one too many of these wahoo sports writers/broadcasters, who never played an NFL game in their lives, talk about how the 07 Pats would beat the 72 Fins.. He's right. .It's all hypothetical..

I'm not a Pats fan.. I'm not a Fins fan.. So I'm neutral.. I don't have any real emotional attachment one way or another..

Default I'm with you Bill.

This piece wasn't bad. Mercury was stating facts here. I didn't like that skit that the Tuna was saying who he thought might have a chance versus the Pats either. Who is he??
Mercury is right, the Pats can only join the 72 dolphins. No hate. Wait til it's over, and then we can say this and that.

Default Mercury and the Law

Remember the drug stuff with him? IMHO - I think this is part of his "frustration" from his past.

Default I will be glad when it's over

Man, MM is not the only 72 Dolphin that feels that way. I am still rooting for the Patriots to go 19-0 then I can stop hearing about the 72 team.

I was surprized that they (72 squad) did not showup in New England when they played the Dolphins in week 15.

They are the first and if the Patriots make it, they will join them, but in my opinion will be view as a better team because of the talent level of today's game and they played 2 more games.........

Default So Be It!!!

Fellas,
I love it ! Turn Mercury loose on those whips! I don't care how good the Pink ladies are up there in Foxborro, They will never be able to foreshadow the feat of the 72 Dolphins! They have no flava! No pizazz! They're like a meal from the Country Buffet, bland. Tell 'em like it is Mercury!

Default No more interviews

Maybe if the reporters don't like the way he is treating them (he was tough on that reporter) or the way he is talking towards the Patriots then they should not bother interviewing him anymore. Wonder how he would like that - no more Mercury sound bites. He is too good with the sound bites to NOT interview.
