Default A New Electric Coach Production

I have an idea for another Electric Coach production. I intend for this idea to depict many of the elements of the hobby. I am asking members of the electric football community to email pictures of your teams and league logos to me. If you have videos, send them as well. Keep in mind that everything that you send must be your best work. I want this production to depict the hobby in all of its splendor.

I want to use all of the material that I receive in a video, which I will upload to YouTube for the entire world to see.

I intend to complete this production sometime in May. If you are interested, respond to this post. The other details will be worked out from there.

Hey Maurice, If you go to your User CP (control panel) and click on edit avatar you will see most of the league logos. If you need them in higher resolution I can help you with that.

Also, this is something we have been wanting to do for the MFCA as a promotional piece that we can show to new prospective coaches.

Any chance we could work together on this? I am a graphic designer and can help on the graphic areas and we could also get Dave Campbell (also a graphic artist) from LA and some of his guys to help supply some video (the LA guys have done some fantastic pieces in the past) along with Reg and truly make this a coast to coast piece that would be the ultimate promotional DVD for the hobby. Include all manufacturers stuff, custom teams and really show the game being played at a high level.

What do you think? This could be a great community effort.

Default To Everyone In The Community

Those avatars are cool. There are two things that I will need in regards to them. First, I will need the permission to use the avatar. Yes, on the MFCA site, it says that the avatar can be used. Does that mean the avatar can be used anywhere outside the MFCA. If not, I will need permission from the owners of those avatars or some authority. Second, if I have the permission, I will need the white background of the avatars removed.

This is only part of it. I also need coaches to send photos and videos of there teams. I want to show action packed electric football in this production. I understand that coaches around the hobby may be reluctant to hand over anything concerning their teams. This is especially true when that coach knows that he or she won’t have any say in how their team is depicted or if it is depicted at all.

I can assure everyone in this community that I have no intentions on misusing any coach’s material. I have no need to use other coach’s material for personal gain. I am the Electric Coach. I can create my own world in electric football. This one time I want to collaborate and bring all of the elements together in this one spectacular production.

I want to hear from everyone else on this issue.

Maurice

Default No One Is Interested

Based on the number of responses, I take it that no one is interested in this endeavor.

Yep Monday is the busiest day. Friday is usually the slowest. Either way Maurice, we can do this thing. Let's talk by phone. We can work together on this. I created most of the logos that you have seen and have everybodies contact info so it is just a matter of making some calls or direct emails to get the permissions. If you, myself and a couple of others pull together on this we can create a very beautiful professional piece. This is an important project. It just takes the willingness of a few to pull it off. Once we script it and identify the important aspects of the outline we can make this happen relatively quick. If you pm or email me your number, I can call you this weekend at your convenience. weirdwolf@weirdwolf.net

Default Calling All Coaches

I appreciate your enthusiasm Weirdwolf, but I want this production to be all mine from the collaboration, scripting, editing, etc. I want this production to be one of my many contributions to the electric football community. I want it to be known that it was the Electric Coach who made this happen.

After I have completed this task, I will work with you on another project. There I don’t care if my name is mentioned or not. Don’t get this wrong. I still want those avatars and everything else that I requested. 5-13 Studios has returned my request with a yes. He is getting himself ready as you read this post. Thank you 5-13 Studios.

I don’t like to put people on the spot. Given the nature of this production, I am left with no choice but to call some names. They are listed below.

Reggie Rutledge, Biglock, Norbert Revels, TVs Chachi, Anthony Burgess, the entire LAEFL, Raiderman, Green Bay Glenn, Jeff Priest, Jimbo, Mike Robertson, New Castle Hitmen, Wolverine, SteelersFan, Beenutt, Carpanther, and many more.

I understand that shooting a video can be difficult. If you can’t shoot videos, give me pictures; clear pictures. If necessary, I will shoot my own videos. I need an abundance of team pictures, customized figures, hands tweaking bases, applying paint to an empty figure, pictures of coaches standing at their boards engaged in competition, etc. All of this with much more will give this project flavor.

Well, it was a thought. Good luck with your project! I got plenty of other things to work on with the MFCA anyway.

Electric Coach, Weirdwolf is talented and has offered to help get something going that we can all benefit from. A collaboration on this is what needs to be done to make it the best it can be. You are refusing his help and also the fact that he mentioned some of the Los Angeles guys. The LAEFL has, by far, the best media piece I have ever seen for this hobby, bar none. Their commercial is top notch, well produced and captures the true essence, excitement, fellowship and emotion of this hobby. You would be foolish not to want help like that. Where can I see some of your many other contributions to this hobby? You come off with an air of arrogance in your post. I hope it's just the way I am reading it. Good luck to you.
