Using the Madden Games as an EF/MF resource
Another member put a post on the Madden games, I love them I have been a Madden player since the Sega Genesis, But when I got back into EF/MF I noticed that Madden is an excellent resource for EF/MFlers,for one you have full team rosters just grab your pen and right them down, two you have the perfect source for skin tones, no more guessing what color a player is. The biggest plus is playbooks now you have a perfect source for every teams pro playbook. besides being a great game its a tool for us to use, like the old EA sports motto says, If its in the game its in the game.

Funny But True Story
When I got out of the ARMY back in '94, I played Semi-Pro Football with the Chicago JETS. I played 2 years at QB and 1 year at FB and DE. In my 4th year, I decided to hang 'em up. I gave plenty of notice but they still wanted me to continue on with the team, even if it was just as Offensive Coordinator. I couldn't commit because I was banged up pretty bad from Uncle Sam and then those injuries compounded by 3 years of ball. What I ended up doing was creating a playbook for them. Guess where I got the plays from? Yep! Madden NFL 97 for the new Playstation!!! Been playing MAdden and using those playbooks ever since for my mini guys. Been preaching to an empty church about this topic for years now also. Glad to hear I'm not alone.

and all this time I have been ashamed to say thats where most of my plays have come fromflg$
Leonard JimbO, since you were in the Army and I am in the Marine Corps, maybe we hook up somewhere for a Army Navy game
